Control of threshold voltage (VTH) in organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) is an important technique which would realize organic circuits. Several methods have been studied to achieve VTH control in OTFTs. But these methods mainly used thermal evapolations, so there are not reports using a printing-method. We successfully control of VTH by modifying gate electrode surface with the printing-method. Also, we fabricated inverter circuits and obtained satisfactory characteristics by using our technique, indicating that our technique can improve organic circuit design and performance. |
