Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The performance of tactile vision substitution systems using dermal electrical stimulation is influenced by the other sensory attention and walking, the information the sender is intended is not transmitted to the recipient. In many of the previous studies, have presented a stimulus to the palm and forearm,at which the time and spatial resolution is high. However,it is not a selection based on the time resolution. In this study,we selected the presentation portion of the stimulus,as measured by experimental methods the time resolution of the upper limb. And,we compared the recognition rate in resting and in locomotion. Then, walking checks the degree of impact on the recognition of the skin electrical stimulation,we have proposed a method of stimulation can show a higher percentage of correct answers.
