For estimating user’s interruptibility during desk work using PC in office, this study discuss the feasibility of estimation using importance of conversation. We offered two indices of reflecting importance of conversation, “Long conversation” and “Chat”, and analyzed the relationship between interruptibility and importance of conversation using experiment. For a result, two trends, interruptibility decrease in “Long conversation” and increase in “Chat”, were observed. Considering this result, we proposed interruptibility estimation method reflecting two indices. As a estimation result, interrupt chance was obtained increasing. In addition, we proposed the automatic detection method of indices using the feature of conversation voice. As a estimation result of using automatic detection, similar improvement was suggested. |
