Reduction of the Phase Deviation for Lumped-element Hybrid Matrix Consists of a Branch-line Hybrid and Rat-race Hybrids

(in English) A hybrid matrix circuit that consists of a 90 degree hybrid and 180 degree hybrids has been proposed as circular interferometer system. It is required to reduce the phase deviation. However, it has a problem that the phase deviation becomes large due to the difference of the frequency characteristic of phase between the 90 degree hybrid and the 180 degree hybrid in the conventional circuits. Therefore, the authors propose the lumped-element hybrid matrix with a circuit cascading a phase-lead circuit and a phase-lag circuit. In this report, we show the principle of reducing the phase deviation and the measurement results.
