Experimental Performance Evaluation of Iterative Frequency-Domain Equalization on Collaborative MIMO Systems

(in English) Collaborative interference cancellation (CIC), which is one technique for the multi user MIMO systems, has been proposed. In this system, to increase spatial multiplexing order, mobile stations share their received signals with neighbors. For suppressing inter-stream interference, precoding techniques are used at BS side. On the other hand, CIC makes it possible to equalize inter-stream interference at MS side. In this paper, CIC employing LDPC code and frequency-domain iterative equalization is studied to improve the performance of MIMO transmission under the condition that co-channel interference caused by MIMO transmission and inter-symbol interference exist.
