At the time of large natural disaster, the Internet could lost its functionalities caused by power outage and physical damage. In this paper, we describe a feasibility study to utilize a large-scale darknet for the Internet alive monitoring, with combination of darknet monitoring, detailed geographical information and Autonomous System(AS) information, in order to support a quick disaster recovery. |
