On Linear Complexity of Constant-Weight Sequences over Extension Fields -- With Correction for Numerical Examples Presented on SCIS2015 --

(in English) The authors proposed constant-weight sequences over multi-value generalized form binary constant-weight sequences by Li,, and reported some examples that almost sequences over $GF(5)$ in a set of constant-weight sequences have highest linear complexities. In this paper, we consider some construction methods over extension fields. In contrast to prime fields, we need to define a map from modulo $Z_q$ to an extension field $GF(q)$, where $q=p^m$ with a prime $p$ and a positive integer $m>2$. By our definition of such a map, the method of construction is given clearer than conventional one. Moreover it reported that almost sequences in some sets of constant-weight sequence over extension fields have very large linear complexities as same as the case of prime field. Some corrections to a part of numerical examples in the paper presented at the 2015 Symposium on Cryptography and Information Security(SCIS2015) are also given.
