Myocardial Perfusion MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is one of the useful tools to examine ischemic heart disease. For the accurate examination patients must hold their breath until the examination is over. However, it is nearly impossible for patients to stay one minute without breathing during examination, moreover it might cause problems for patients with heart disease. When breathing, the cardiac part of the MRI images are distorted. In this study, to deal with this problem, a transformation is done resulting in the images similarly attained by holding one’s breath by image registration methods. |
