An Extension of the Polynomial Ring-based Fully Homomorphic Encryption Scheme to a Multikey Scheme

(in English) Multikey homomorphic encryption is an extended variant of a single key homomorphic encryption where ciphertexts encrypted under different keys are fed into an evaluation function. The LTV scheme proposed by Lopez-Alt et al. in 2012 is a multikey fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on the NTRU encryption and can encrypt a message of only one bit. Bos et al. proposed an improved scheme of the LTV scheme, called BLLN scheme, encrypting a message of multi-bit. Unfortunately, the BLLN scheme achieves full homomorphism only for a single key. In this paper, we extend the BLLN scheme to a multi-key scheme and construct a multikey fully homomorphic encryption scheme which can encrypt a message of multi-bit.
