The home energy management systems (HEMS) using natural energy such as sunlight are spreading as one way to build a low-carbon society. In this paper, HEMS simulation procedure using an electronic circuit simulator (SPICE) as optimization technique of HEMS has been considered. At first, to build simulation environment, home electronics, battery, solar cell, AC/DC, DC/AC are modeled supposing that an analysis unit time of 1 second is converted to that of 1 hour to get high-speed simulation. And then, peak shift effect of electric power consumption with storage battery and photovoltaic generation are simulated and thus it is clarified that HEMS simulation with SPICE is effective and useful. |
