For long-term automatic analysis of office activities, an intelligent environment is desired, which enables unconstrained estimation of human position movement, speaker, and nonverbal features. In this project, we have prototyped an office monitoring system, which has wide field-of-view ceiling-camera, directional microphone array modules, depth cameras, power sensors, and environment sensors. This study reports the preliminary results on the speaker estimation subsystem. |
