With an ever growing population & increasing urbanization, the need to reduce emissions from urban transport is pushing Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles (PHEVs) towards an inevitable tipping point.
Most automotive manufacturers are investigating Wireless Electric Vehicle Charging (WEVC) technology as a convenient & easy method to recharge the vehicle. This presentation will discuss the benefits of Qualcomm Ha lo WEVC technology: simplicity, convenience, minimum driver intervention, high power transfer & efficiency, higher air gap capability, interoperability & future modes of mobility. It will highlight how Qualcomm is working across the automotive ecosystem to introduce technologies such as Qualcomm Halo; which will enable automotive manufacturers to differentiate themselves, creating an improved EV driver experience. |
