| (in English) | In order to realize practical non-destructive and non-contact inspection of objects by using terahertz (THz) waves, we propose a swept-source optical coherence tomography using electrically generated frequency-swept THz source and galvano-scanner. Compared with our previous system, where objects are moved to obtain images, this system enables remarkable reduction in measurement time. In this paper, we first give some specs of tele-centric Fθ-lens that we designed in order to introduce galvano-scanners. Next, we show some imaging results with a new system. Finally, we describe re-design of Fθ-lens in order to improve lateral resolution and measuring time. | |
