Carrier Phase Compensation using M-ary Spread Spectrum

(in English) The spread spectrum technology enables the communication system to achieve long distance wireless communication by increasing tolerance to the noise and interference.
However, the effective processing gain will degrade if the phase shift caused by frequency deviation is present in the carrier wave generated by the transmitter and the receiver.
In order to recover the original carrier wave in the low-SNR environment, the phase compensation algorithm was proposed in the previous studies.
In this paper, the new phase compensation method which applies M-ary/SS to the low-speed and long-distance communication has been proposed.
In addition, its performance was evaluated through computer simulations and field experiments, and it has been shown that the higher performance compared to the original algorithm can be achieved.
