Parameters and Channel Capacity of Spatial Polarized MIMO for Low Antenna Height in Urban Area

(in English) We examined parameters and channel capacity of spatial polarized MIMO for low antenna in urban area using a ray trace method. The parameters in line-of-sight course were expressed by every path, fluctuations of the parameters to distance between transmitted and received point were considered. Moreover, eigenvalue, SNR and channel capacity in spatial MIMO(vertical polarized) and polarized MIMO(cross polarized), which form the basis for the spatial polarized MIMO, were calculated. The correlation between antennas in the cross polarized MIMO was lower than that in the vertical polarized MIMO from consideration of the eigenvalue, but the SNR in the vertical polarized MIMO was higher than that in the cross polarized MIMO. As a result, it was shown that the channel capacity in the vertical polarized MIMO was higher than that in the cross polarized MIMO. In addition, it was shown that the difference between the channel capacity in the vertical polarized MIMO and that in the cross polarized MIMO became large slightly as the distance between transmitted and received point became large.
