Fabrication of the 2D metal grating structure for the application to an optical filter and optical characterization

(in English) As heat-ray shielding steps replacing conventional technique, we fabricated the 2D metal grating structure by electron beam lithography and lift-off process and evaluated its optical characteristics for substantiating the cold filter which achieve simultaneously the visible light is transmitted and the infrared ray is reflected. As the result, bilayer 2D metal grating which is able to fabricate by omitting lift-off process with period 800nm decreased reflectance of the 0th diffracted light over the whole visible light. Moreover, by examining the relation between separation and its reflectance and transmittance, we showed that the spectra of reflectance and transmittance are close to that of Au thin film and the wavelengths with minimum and maximum shift, as narrowing space between top and bottom Au layer.
