To improve the comfort to a user of a robotic wheelchair, it is important to avoid stress depending on the situation. While stress evaluation can be achieved using a user questionnaire, stress changes every hour.We try to get the stress situation with high time/spatial resolution using physiological indices such as the heartbeat and perspiration. Moreover, we propose a novel path planning algorithm which can mitigate stress based on safety standards and stress situation. |
