Proposal of High-Voltage Octuple-Current DC-to-DC Converter -- ZVS-Condition Derivation and 1kV Prototype Design --

(in English) In this paper, we propose high-voltage octuple-current DC-to-DC converter. The proposed DC-to-DC converter performs ZVS if we choose suitable dead time τ. We theoretically derive ZVS condition concerning τ.We designed a DC-to-DC converter whose a input voltage is 1 kV. Result of simulation, we confirmed that the DC-to-DC converter performs ZVS in the condition range of derived τ. And maximum efficiency was 91.6 %.
