| (in English) | この度，電波環境協議会は1997年に制定された「医療機関における携帯電話等の使用に関する指針」を改定し，2014年8月19日に正式に発表した．これは，第二世代携帯電話サービスの終了や公衆無線LANの普及など，医療電磁環境が大きく変化したこと，および医療機関で無線通信を用いることによる患者サービス向上や職員の業務効率向上が期待されるようになってきたことが要因である．新しい指針は，前回の指針と比べ，医療機器からの距離を保つことを条件に携帯電話を使用できる区域を若干広げると共に，無線通信と電磁環境を正しく管理することを求めている．ここでは，その内容と根拠等について解説する． | |
