Code synthesis for LEGO Mindstorms EV3 using UPPAAL

(in English) We present a code synthesis for controlling the LEGO Mindstorm EV3 using UPPAAL as the designing tool. UPPAAL is a model checking tool for the network of extended timed automata. A group of timed automata may synchronize with each other by shared events and the global time passage. The properties are described by a restricted form of CTL. By designing the modules of LEGO Mindstorms EV3 with timed automata, the whole control program can be synthesized from the local programs which should satisfy the local properties. With the model checking of UPPAAL, timing errors are efficiently pointed out. We show an example of automatically selecting bricks by colors code synthesis for a simple machine.
