(in English) The terahertz wave radiation has been studied in astronomy, analytical science and limited field. The applicability in the various fields expects more industry, medical treatment, biotechnology and security. However, the terahertz region is called the terahertz gap, around the gorge of microwave devices and photonic devices. The device development at this region is made one problem for terahertz technology. Today, We report the development trend and our activity in this region from the side of the vacuum electronics device.
