(in English) Virtual Border and Air-Maritime Traffic using Radio and Space Technologies

The air and maritime traffic on the international routes, the virtual border need using the newest radio and spaces technologies. It must respecting the international laws. The cooperation and coordination on international and regional regulations must be followed. The newest radio and space technologies can helps to solve this problem. It is applicable on the East Sea, the ASEAN Sea, and the Asia Pacific Sea. The technologies are from microwave to long wave to assure the navigation and also security of the traffics. The radio and spaces navigations and technologies will be presented. The application of this technologies is for days and night, all weathers.
