| (in English) | "Kakaku.com" (Price.com) is one of a review site on the Web. Consumers can read a product's review that are written by others who is already bought one. However, review site's reviews are mostly written by non-professional reviewers unlike those in magazines. So, a review site has many useful reviews but it also has many useless reviews. Therefore, a consumer who is considering to purchase the product had to look for useful reviews from a large amount of reviews by himself. This paper presents a method to automatically extract useful reviews from Kakaku.com's reviews. This paper defines a useful review using comparison table expression and review's documents length. We divided reviews into two types to raise accuracy, and we chose appropriate review's feature value for SVM to classify. As a result, at least 80% accuracy is attained for reviews of all kinds using SVM. | |
