High-output power ONU transmitter using burst-mode booster SOA for WDM/TDM-PON

(in English) We have developed a wavelength (-tunable 40-Gbit/s class WDM/TDM-PON system and -tunable burst-mode transceiver technology that realizes adding various flexible functions to optical access networks. In this paper, we propose a -tunable burst-mode transmitter using burst-mode booster SOA that satisfied the high splitting PON requirement of high output power and high burst extinction ratio performances.
