| (in English) | A new pruned crossbar switch, i.e. torus-embedded crossbar switch, is described in this technical report. We begin with the goal and requirements for it based on our previous reports. Then we discuss how to yield it from the original crossbar switch. We also investigate its switch control algorithm of O(1) complexity, the same as that of conventional crossbar switches. Finally, we supplement some discussions on isomorphism with the proposed switch and connection control for idle input and output ports that has been left open in our previous report. | |
