We proposed a new flexible organic light emitting transistor (OLET) that had an OLED directly on transparent FETs fabricated on a plastic substrate. In this study, the effects of UV/O3 and thermal treatment on wet processed ZnO-FET characteristics were investigated. Realizing a low-process temperature of ZnO-FET was successful in terms of the mobility and current. We evaluated the crystallinity of ZnO films by X-ray diffraction and found it non-crystalline form in the range of the low-process temperature less than 300 degree C. These results indicate that UV/O3 treatment mainly leads to such as a decrease of organic impurities in ZnO thin films and improve carrier transportation. |
