(in English) In service industries there is a strong demand for improving the service processes by checking the service operations (SOs) of their employees more quantitatively.
Therefore we have developed the Service-Operation Estimation (SOE) system.
This system can estimate types of service operations of employees from their behavior data
(position, orientation, action, and voice activity detection), work-related data (shift data, operational schedule),
and accounting data (POS data). In the previous SOE system, SO classifiers are constructed using a supervised learning methods.
However the system has the following problems; Expensive learning cost of SOE for launching and the inability to represent parallel and hierarchical operations.
In this study, we aim at realizing efficient service-process analysis by visualizing service fields in terms of SOs while dealing with the problems mentioned above.
