When construction of net-zero energy house, we develop and implement two energy consumption systems by using ICT. The first one is HEMS which control window systems and housing systems using environmental information, such as solar radiation, indoor and outdoor temperature, for create favorable environment. By using another control algorithm season to season make it possible to energy saving through years. The second one is environmental visualizing system by using organic EL lighting panel. That adapt environmental information, such as indoor and outdoor temperature, electric energy to panel's coloring, that induce environment adjustment behavior of residents. These two systems aims to realize comfortable life with saving energy. |
