Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Building an environmentally friendly, safe, and secure society requires the early realization of a variety of supervisory control systems: a smart grid, a natural disaster prevention system, a health and medical care system, and a social welfare system. These supervisory control systems impose a wide variety of requirements and performance measures: the number of terminals, data rate, electric supply, etc. Thus a single unified wireless access network satisfying these requirements is desirable and a concept of ``Machine to Machine network consisting of Enormous Number of TERminals without PRImary CElls'' (ENTERPRICE M2M network) has been proposed. This paper reports a novel virtual grouping technique for enormous number of terminals, and reveals issues when microwave power and data transmissions coexist.
