Design and Analysis of High Efficiency Rectifier with High Impedance Matching Circuit

(in English) Recently, Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) has been demand for next generation power transmission systems. WPT can be categorised into many method and Microwave wireless Power Transmission (MPT). Compared with other method, Microwave wireless Power Transmission technology can transmit the power for long distance. However, it is difficult for this technology to achieve high RF-DC power conversion efficiency because microwave power follows Friis transmission equation and the input power of RF-DC rectifier is lower. In this reports. in order to achieve high power conversion efficiency, the impedance of input matching circuit is high and the voltage of diode is higher, artificially. Finally, the results of simulation and measurement result in the validity of proposed design topology.
