Optimization of hybrid antireflection system integrating moth eye and multi-layer film

(in English) We examine a hybrid antireflection structure (ARS) integrating moth eye and multi-layer interference coating, and propose an optimization algorithm for designing hybrid ARS. The proposed algorithm consists of two steps, and each step contains simple grid search and pattern search methods. In the first step, the geometric parameters for moth eye array is optimized, and in the second step, all the parameters are optimized by using the solution obtained by the first step as the initial search point. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is used for optical simulation. We show that the short-circuit current density of the P3HT/PCBM-based organic solar cells is significantly increased by incorporating the hybrid ARS.
