In this study, hexagonal bi-pyramidal (HBP) shape and nano sheet (NS) structure of ZnO are obtained with employing different structure directing agents (SDAs) by microwave-assisted rapid hydrothermal crystallization. Choosing proper condition of the reaction could also help to control the morphology of ZnO nanoparticle. These well crystallized ZnO are found giving much higher D149 adsorption capability than the commercial one, while NS ZnO is twice higher than the HBP sample. |
