Modified limited General Regression Neural Network by introducing a page-replacement algorithm

(in English) In our previous work, we had proposed a Limited General Regression Neural Netwrok (LGRNN), which continues incremental learning using a fixed number of kernels. In such environments, LGRNN replaces the most redundant kernel with a new one.
The redundant kernel is, sometimes, insufficient to be replaced with a new kernel under real environments. In particular, if the distribution of inputs is unbalanced, LGRNN sometimes cannot learns a new sample, which appears frequently.
To solve this problem, we propose a new LGRNN, which combines the original learning algorithm with a page-replacing algorighm, which is used in operating-system.
