| (in English) | This paper proposes a novel time-series processing neural network to treat natural language.The proposed network is composed of 2 networks: Concept Network and Time-series Network.The concept network is a type of Symbolic Manipulation type Neural Network Model(SMNM), which organizes knowledge representation with association interconnecting symbols and stores semantic information of words in 4 different layers.The time-series network consists of an Echo State Network(ESN) and stores temporal information of words.We also applies the proposed network to a question-answering system for factoid questions.As shown by the experiments, the proposed network has good performances as an associative memory.In the question-answering experiment, the proposed system achieved about 0.55 in MRR, which is very close to the elaborated system based on artificial intelligence. | |
