Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, we propose the evaluation method for for patient with locomotive syndrome using a RGB-D sensor. Proposal method measures the biological motion using a RGB-D sensor. We analyze the correlation between the feature extraction amount from the biological motion data and the 25-question geriatric locomotive functional scale. If high correlation is obtained by proposal method, the evaluation method for the locomotive syndrome using RGB-D sensor is established. From our experimental results, we show that the knee joint angle during walking and the standing one leg eyes open have the correlation with the 25-question geriatric locomotive functional scale.
