Call demand suddenly and greatly increases when a disaster strikes, because people want to check on their family and friends in disaster area. It is difficult to increase the capacity of mobile systems owing to the limitation of the radio frequency resources, so many calls will be blocked. We have to understand the originator regulation to resolve these problems about the congestion.
This research will introduce the communication systems during disasters, make and simulate the modeling of the communication systems. |
