An Examination of A Clock Recovery and Control Method for a Super Hi-Vision Signal Transmission over 100 Gigabit Ethernet

(in English) In order to share Super Hi-Vision (SHV) program material in broadcasting station, we have been developing the transmission system using Ethernet technology. In this paper, we have proposed a clock recovery and control method for SHV video signal, to establish an uncompressed SHV signal transmission system over a 100 Gigabit Ethernet with Ethernet transmission band less, stable and low-latency. We report about the result of our performance evaluation by a simulation and an examination using test bed implemented our proposed method, which the transmission delay time is about 440μs, jitter value ±1ppm or less, and satisfied the standard value.
