A method of contents distribution by mobility prediction for wireless access gate system in MMW band

(in English) Recently, high-functional mobile devices (ex.smartphone,tablet PC) are immedeately spreading. They can access the Intenet by wireless access network (3G,LTE,WiMAX) whose frequency band is less than micro- meterband. However,according to the widespread of smartphone and alarge-capacity contents, wireless demand exceeds the spectrum capacity. To solve this, wireless access gate system which is designed to shift tracs occured in micro-meter wave band wave to in millimeter wave bandis proposed. In this system ,when user wants to get contents in internet,contents server has to distribute the contents to some gates before user passes by mobility predction.So we consider e ects of an error in prediction on this system. In this paper,we reveal e ects of mobility prediction on ooad rate and a backbone network trac volume and e ectiveness of a prediction method which uses the speed of mobile terminal at previous gate.
