Blind Interference Suppression Scheme by Eigenvector Beamspace CMA Adaptive Array with Subcarrier Transmission Power Control

(in English) In order to extend the operational Signal to Interference power Ratio (SIR) range of the blind adaptive arrays, we previously proposed a selective utilization of maximal ratio combining (MRC) and power inversion (PI) algorithms with subcarrier transmission power control (STPC). MRC and PI can respectively work when SIR is larger or lower than 0dB, therefore, the conditions that SIR is larger or lower than 0 dB is intentionally obtained by STPC which provides a level difference in power density between subcarriers. This paper improves the operational SIR range and achievable maximum throughput of the proposed method by applying Beamspace CMA (BSCMA) incorporating Eigenvector Beamspace Adaptive Array (EBAA), named EBCMA, which can strongly suppress interference power.
