A Design of Vehiculer GPS/LTE Antenna Considering the Body

(in English) This report proposed an antenna configuration and its designing methodology for GPS and LTE performances on vehicles. Far field characteristics such as RHCP and HP radiation pattern for GPS and LTE bands respectively, Gain (dB), Axis ratio (AR), radiation resistance (ohm) etc are changed by the positions and size of elements in the aperture. Pareto-GA optimization is adapted to the numerical design in order to decide the positions and sizes. The influence of car body (roof and front pillar of car), and front glass window over the antenna is also considered in the later optimization process, which is degrading the antenna`s far field performances by causing distortions.
