Temperature and Humidity Sensing at High Temperature -- Remote Measurement Using Wireless Networks in the 2.4GHz Band --

(in English) Recently, the use of superheated steam is expanding in the eld of sterilization, drying, heating and cooking. In the use of superheated steam, humidity in the processing device is an important parameter affecting the roduct quality. And the needs of being able to monitor remotely in real time has increased. In this paper, we propose a remote measurement system using a wireless network, and showed its outline. We did experiment using 920MHz band and 2.4GHz band in actual environment for elucidating the propagation characteristics, if the data is send to outside from the steam convection oven's inside. The result shows that the both frequency bands can communicate without problems because electromagnetic wave leak to the outside through peep window.
