Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The reduction of a driving voltage and an improvement of light outcoupling efficiency has been attempted by coating nanoparticles between the phosphor layer and the first insulating layer using a ink-jet printer. By coating SrTiO3 nanoparticles, the threshold voltage is decreased by 40 V, and the luminance and luminous efficiency are improved by 1.8 and 2.2 times, respectively. It has been also confirmed that a high dielectric nanoparticles is effective to reduce the threshold voltage.
