Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Although SFQ circuit technique is very predominant in respect of power consumption, the circuit system of a semiconductor is difficult to be applied directly since basic operation is pulse logic to require precise signal synchronism. In this research, to solve the difficulty, we propose rf-SQUID ladder circuit towards the level logic system by SFQ circuits. Furthermore, operation is verified by simulations about the rf-SQUID ladder circuit and analyses by linear approximation. Operation until 100 steps connection is checked by the method of controlling of turning bias on/off.
