Reflection characteristics of a metal plate FSR using an equivalent circuit model for obliquely incident wave

(in English) In this paper, the simple formula which can easily calculate the reflection characteristics of a metal plate loaded FSR using an equivalent circuit model for oblique incident wave is proposed. The validity of the formula is verified in comparison with the method of moments. And the applicable range of simple formula is verified changing the thickness of the dielectric.
