Splicing Boundary Detection by Using Differential Features on Camera Response Function

(in English) An image splicing can be easily made by the advance of an image editor. And there was a problem that justification as an authentic image is suspected. In this report, we propose the detection method of splicing boundary by using differential features on camera response function. This features mostly appears into the edge of a image. The QR map represents the relation between this features and image intensity. The characteristics of QRmap differ by an authentic and a splicing. The boundary of an authentic image is distributed like uniform density and a belt in the QRmap. On the other hand, the splicing boundary has the uneven distribution of density and a lump in the QRmap. Therefore, We argue about the method of estimating whether the boundary is spliced as we take the correlation of the tendency of distribution profile with an authentic boundary and that with a target boundary in the QRmap.
