| (in English) | Microwave 3D imaging system for non-destructive inspection of inside concrete structure or wooden house wall is highly needed. From the viewpoint of practical use, a scanned type radar with one-dimensional array antenna using a frequency band of 10 ~ 20GHz is promising. In order to achieve this, an antenna operating in high frequency and broadband is needed. By using a resistively loaded printed bowtie antenna and adding a matching circuit on the printed circuit board instead of a balun, we developed an antenna operating in the frequency band of 10 ~ 20GHz. | |
