As core component of Low-voltage electric appliance, contact material determines the performance of electrical equipment to a great extent. In this work, we obtained two kinds of microstructures of the same material, one of which shows dispersing structure in a small scale, whereas the other shows dispersing structure in a large scale. It is found that these two kinds of microstructures affect the electrical behavior of the contact material in different ways. We introduced a phenomenological model to explain this effect and provided a direction for further improvement of this material. |
