This manuscript reports a procedure and numerical simulation results of classical
particle models of electron wave systems which have periodic tunneling potential and double-well potential.
By applying Nelson's stochastic quantization to the systems,
we obtain classical particle models on which random force acts.
We confirmed by numerical simulation that the stochastic process in the models has the same
probability density function with that determined by wave functions of the
Schr"{o}dinger equation describing the systems.
As a result, we found that the quantum effect devices based on quantum phenomenons, which include reflections,
penetrations or coupling, would be modeled by a broader lumped parameter system than a distributed
parameter system. |
