In this article, we report on interferometric SW based logic operations with a DW induced phase shift proposed as a new data coding method investigated by micromagnetic simulations. A phase shift  for a pair of Neel wall in ferromagnetic nanowires can be exactly adjusted at rad, assuming optimum material parameters. The exclusive-or (EXOR) logic operation has been successfully demonstrated with more than 20 dB difference output signal level for the logic input coded with the existence (“1”) or absence (“0”) of the DWs. Extended logic operations with parallel logic inputs in multiple magnetic strips are also demonstrated. |
