| (in English) | Currently, a doctor is operates on a cerebral ventricle endoscope only by using a picture from the endoscope. Therefore, the operation is very difficult. In the attachment of Department of Medicine at Tokai University hospital, the endoscope that installs a small position sensing device in the point of the cerebral ventricle endoscope is developed. An up-to-date position of the top the endoscope in the brain can be measured. The this study aims to generate the stereo image of the operation area based on information in the position of the top the endoscope and MR image. Finally, it aims at the development of the operation support system that show the stereoscopic vision to the doctor. | |
